A Day At The Races

November 21st 2009 saw the running of the annual Roma Cup races. A good time was had by all in attendance. In an effort to raise some much needed funds for the local Junior School. Members of 2 local lodges (Raphael No 30 & Maranoa No 47), with help from parents and teachers from the school, manned a catering stall to offer tasty morsels for the race going crowd.

The secret is in the preparation.

It was a good effort by all involved, and we hope to have an even better result next year!
